National Wear Your Sunglasses To Work Day

Sooooo bleary-eyed and I didn't even party while I was in the desert. But maybe having your lungs compressed for a solid 5 hours in the human sardine can that was the front stage pit for Jonsi, Phoenix, and Thom Yorke can have the same effect. If you missed it, Sunday was epic. So epic in fact, that seeing Thom Yorke from the pit doesn't even crack my top 5 shows of the day. Notwithstanding the transcendental versions of "Paranoid Android" and "Everything in Its Right Place," I'm pretty sure I could go the rest of my mid 20's without another jarringly amelodic Atoms for Peace number.

Anyway, for all my strung out Coachella heads seeking penance for a weekend of decadence, here's a little something to ease the comedown:

Forgiveness Rock Record, the upcoming majestic offering from Broken Social Scene, is streaming on NPR and for no extra charge on ihatekidslikeyou.com. For those of you that had a particularly rough weekend, just press the little arrow below, and sonic awesomeness will magically ensue.
